About Stratavue

Stratavue is founder-led, with a small delivery team.

I'm Joe Reid. I've spent fifteen years delivering regulatory and technology change in UK financial services. In 2018 I was supporting GDPR implementation at a large bank, and that programme was the point where I stopped being willing to sit by. The same problems appeared on every change initiative, and nobody was fixing them.

  • Slides that were stale the day after they were presented.
  • Target operating models signed off with real ambition, then forgotten once the consultancy left.
  • Knowledge that walked out of the door every time someone moved on.
  • Decisions made in rooms with no record of why.

I kept looking for tools that solved these problems and kept finding tools that were not what I was looking for.

So I built the solutions I wanted to see. Stratavue holds the current operating model, the target, every change running against it and the impact assessments behind them, live, so the picture of what your change is doing to the business is always true, not a snapshot from the last steering committee. The point is to modernise how change is delivered, and to keep what it produces — the model, the assessments, the decisions — as data you can still use years later, instead of losing it when a programme closes.

Who you'll work with

I lead every engagement personally. Implementation is delivered with senior engineering support, so onboarding doesn't wait on one calendar. We stay small deliberately: you work with the people who built the product.

Your data

Hosted in the UK (London), and yours. You can export the full model at any time from within the product, without asking us.

Support

Email and in-product support with a response within one working day, and a named contact for Core and Enterprise customers.

The products

That's the thread running through everything we've built.

TOM Delivery

  • One live model of the business — areas, capabilities, processes, systems and the journeys your customers take.
  • A target operating model held as changes against that model, versioned, with any two versions comparable field by field.
  • Change held as projects, programmes and change requests, each linked to the parts of the business it touches.
  • Impact assessed before a project exists, and traced once it is real — what it modifies, connects to and reaches downstream, so discovery starts from what the model already holds.
  • Collisions flagged where two approved changes hit the same capability.
  • A portfolio ranked on what it costs you not to do each thing, funded against a real budget envelope.
  • An exec board view, with decisions and sign-off attributed, dated and audited.

Stratavue for Teams

  • Projects run through delivery stages, with Kanban boards, deadlines and assignees underneath.
  • A live business map — every project, process and system, and exactly what each project touches.
  • Rank and sequence what to do next each cycle, and keep the plan inside budget.
  • Decisions recorded, sign-off requested, a clash accepted with a reason — attributed and dated.

Assurance

Designed, not built yet — pilots opening.

  • Your documents and your checklist go in, with every paragraph labelled so it can be quoted later.
  • It will find the likely places, reason over each one, and drop anything it cannot quote.
  • You accept, reject or amend with a reason — kept permanently, with your name on it.
  • Findings land as a change record in the pipeline you already use, or as a roll-up for oversight.
